this afternoon. coast guard searching for 56-year-old michael roberts since they found his fishing boat adrift near the city municipal marina this morning. key ins ignition and they found the cell phone and i.d. inside the boat. 3 men on work boat found his body about 3:00 p.m. today. they say roberts was wearing a life vest but it was not inflated. investigators say there were no visible signs of injury or struggle and that the deputy death appears to be at this point a tragic accident. >> starting one week from today police will have another tool in their arsenal to keep bart riders and workers safe. new state law allows bart to ban trouble makeers from entering stations and riding the train. nick smith has that story. >> i have been spit on. shove shoved. punched. >> bryant and fellow bart employee say they have score add victory against violent offensive passengers. >> this bill gives us a measure
